French Polynesia is located to the south of Hawaii, between California and Australia. All international flights land at Tahiti-Faa'a International Airport (PPT), located 5km west of the capital, Papeete. Several different airlines fly to French Polynesia from major international cities including:

Inter-Island Travel

Location: We recommend booking accommodation close to the conference venue - the University is located in Faa'a, about 13km from Papeete.
Public transport: Public transport is limited. It is possible to rent a car, noting that Tahiti drives on the left.
